Der Einfluß von Hyperoxieatmung auf den Atemwegswiderstand von Gesunden und obstruktiv Kranken

Zusammenfassung

An 10 gesunden Versuchspersonen und 14 Patienten mit chronischer Atemwegsobstruktion wurden Atemwegswiderstand (Rtot), die funktionelle Residualkapazität (FRC) und die spezifische Resistance (SRtot) bei Luft- und 100% Sauerstoffatmung bestimmt. Die arteriellen Blutgaspartialdrucke\(Pa_{O_2 } , Pa_{CO_2 } \) und der pH-Wert wurden bei Luftatmung und 10 min nach Ende der O2-Atmung gemessen. Nur an wenigen Einzelwerten konnte eine signifikante Befundänderung festgestellt werden. Die Mittelwerte bei den Gesunden und den Patienten ergaben vor und nach O2-Atmung keine — an sich zu erwartende — Befundänderung.
