Zusammenfassung

Eine hochgradige linksventrikuläre (LV) Dysfunktion und eine kardiale Voroperation erhöhen das Operationsrisiko für einen Re-Eingriff beträchtlich. Wir berichten über einen Patienten, bei dem wir eine Re-Operation in minimalinvasiver Operationstechnik ohne Herz-Lungen-Maschine durchführten. Indikation und Strategie zur Revaskularisierung werden anhand dieses Einzelfallberichts dargestellt.

Summary

Patients with severely impaired left ventricular pump function, who necessitate redo coronary bypass surgery have to face a considerably increased risk. We report on a patient who underwent redo surgery with minimal invasive techniques without extra-corporeal circulation. Indication and revascularization strategy are illustrated by the case report.
