Zusammenfassung

Faserspaltungsphänomene an Targetfasern in einem Fall von neurogener Muskelatrophie der Beine mit ausgeprägter Begleitmyopathie werden beschrieben und diskutiert. Erstmals wird das typisch myopathische Phänomen der Faserspaltung an für die neurogene Muskelatrophie als typisch erachteten Targetfasern dargestellt.
