Abstract

The decay of 6.5 min 78Br has been studied with a Ge(Li) spectrometer and a Ge(Li)Nal(Tl) coincidence spectrometer. Levels in 78Se are proposed at 613.9, 1308.3, 1498.7, 2329, 2454, 2510, 2537.9, 3090.4, 3220, 3345 and 3528 keV. Positon branchings to the first three states of 78Se were established experimentally.
