Abstract

By means of elastic proton scattering on 86Sr at Ep = 4.5−7.5 MeV, isobaric analogue states of nine bound levels in 87Sr have been studied. Optical-model parameters describing the non-resonant background have been determined. Neutron single-particle spectroscopic factors, calculated in the R-matrix formalism and in the Green function approach, are compared with 86Sr(d, p) results.
