The procedure described previously for obtaining antigen and antibody concentrations in absolute weight units wholly from gel precipitin data has been applied to a bovine γ-globulin sample which was a mixture of three antigens and their respective antibodies. The results obtained have been shown to agree with those obtained using more conventional methods. Two of the antigens in the bovine γ-globulin preparation were shown to have the electrophoretic mobility of γ-globulin.
