Separation of Flavins by Ion-Exchange Resins

Abstract

FLAVIN compounds have been separated from each other by using a chromatopile1, by using various kinds of adsorption and partition chromatography2, and by chromatography on powdered cellulose3. A simpler and easier method using an ion-exchange resin is described in this communication.
