Diffusion of Triplet Excitons produced by Ionizing Radiation in Aromatic Materials

Abstract

THIS report demonstrates that the analysis of experimental radioluminescence decay curves provides estimates of the diffusion coefficient of triplet excitons produced by ionizing particles in aromatic materials; the values obtained are in accordance with the hopping model calculation.
