Notes:
Absolute values of K X-ray fluorescence (XRF) cross-sections have been calculated for elements 11 ≤ Z ≤ 69 at three excitation energies corresponding to Mn, Ag and Te K X-rays from 55Fe, 109Cd and 125I radioisotopes respectively and the fourth energy corresponding to the 59.60 keV γ-ray from 241Am. Measurements were also made for these cross-sections for ten elements with 18 ≤ Z ≤ 48 at two excitation energies from 109Cd and 125I radioisotopes. The measured values are compared with those obtained from theoretical considerations and a good agreement is found.
