Low-pressure, low-temperature adsorption of N2 and CO2 were studied in beds of 4A molecular sieves. System parameters were estimated by a comparison of experimental results and a molecular-flow theoretical model. Nitrogen data followed theoretical prediction. Theory adequately represented pressure above the bed for CO2, while pressure drops deviated deviated significantly from the model.
