Patent Law and Legal Decisions in Germany since 1945This article consists of a comprehensive, critical report on Patent Legislation and Legal Decisions handed down in various German Courts in different parts of Germany. Matters of particular interest to chemists and metallurgists are dealt with, and legal opinions on „Inventions and Discoveries“ comprehensively discussed. Increases in Patent Fees are not recommended, and the suggestion is made that the net profits made by the Patent Office should be placed at the disposal of Research Institutes.

Es wird ein zusammenfassender, kritischer Bericht über die Rechtsetzung und Rechtsprechung in den einzelnen Teilen Deutschlands gegeben. Die besonders den Chemiker und Metallurgen berührenden Fragen werden herausgestellt und die Problematik des Begriffes „Erfindung“ mit den sich daraus ableitenden Folgerungen erörtert Die Erhöhung der Gebühren für Patente wird abgelehnt und der Vorschlag gemacht, den Reingewinn des Patentamtes als zweckgebundenes Mittel der Forschung zur Verfügung zu stellen.
