Notes: Es wird eine enzymatische Peptidsynthese beschrieben, welche auf einer Verknüpfung von Carbobenzoxy-aminosäure einerseits und Aminosäure-phenylhydrazid andererseits durch Papain beruht; aus dem entstandenen Kuppelungsprodukt wird dann das freie Peptid nach Abspaltung des Carbobenzoxyrestes mittels Jodwasserstoffs und des Phenylhydrazinrestes mittels Cu(II)-Salzes gewonnen.
