Notes: Bis-trimethylgermanyl-sulfat wird durch doppelte Umsetzung mit Lithiumtri-methylsilanolat in Lithiumsulfat und Hexamethylgermanosiloxan (II) übergeführt. II liefert mit SO3 Trimethylgermanyl-trimethylsilyl-sulfat (III), das sich bei höherer Temperatur zu Bis-trimethylsilyl-sulfat und Bis-trimethylgermanylsulfat disproportioniert. Wasserfreies Chromsäureanhydrid spaltet II in gleicher Weise und führt es in ein explosives Trimethylgermanyl-trimethylsilyl-chromat über.
