Reactions of [Methoxy(phenyl)carbenel]pentacarbonylchromium(0) with AminesThe reaction of [methoxy(phenyl)carbene]pentacarbonylchromium(0), (CO)5CrC(OCH3)C6H5, with ammonia and the amines HNRR' [CH3NH2, (CH3)2NH, C2H5NH2, pyrrolidine, C6H5NH2, p-CH3O-C6H4NH2] yields the corresponding [amino(phenyl)carbene]-pentacarbonylchromium(0) complexes (CO)5CrC(NRR')C6H5. The i.r., 1H n.m.r. and u.v. spectra of the compounds are discussed.Treatment of the amino(phenyl)carbene complexes with carbon monoxide under pressure results in complete formation of chromium hexacarbonyl; benzonitrile and benzylamine are found as the stabilised products of the split-off aminocarbene ligand „C(NH2)C6H5“. „C(NHCH3)C6H5“ yields quantitatively N-methylbenzaldehydeimine, C6H5CH = NCH3, by hydrogen migration.
    Notes: Die Reaktion von [Methoxy(phenyl)carben]-pentacarbonyl-chrom(0), (CO)5CrC(OCH3)C6H5 mit Ammoniak und den Aminen HNRR' [CH3NH2, (CH3)2NH, C2H5NH2, Pyrrolidin, C6H5NH2, p-CH3O-C6H4NH2] führt zu den entsprechenden [Amino(phenyl)carben]-pentacarbonyl-chrom(0)-Komplexen (CO)5CrC(NRR')C6H5. Die IR-, 1H-NMR- und UV-Spektren der Verbindungen werden diskutiert.Bei Druckreaktionen der [Amino(phenyl)carben]-Komplexe mit Kohlenmonoxid tritt vollständige Umsetzung zu Chromhexacarbonyl ein; als Stabilisierungsprodukte des abgespaltenen Aminocarben-Liganden „C(NH2)C6H5“ lassen sich Benzonitril und Benzylamin nachweisen, „C(NHCH3)C6H5“ reagiert unter H-Verschiebung quantitativ zu Benzaldehydmethylimin, C6H5CH=NCH3.
