Imidoylketene Imines, II. Preparation and Conformation of Vinylogous Thioureas and IsothioureasA number of new β-amino thiocrotonic amides (3-5, 6) were prepared by addition of isothiocyanates to sec. enamines or to benzyl methyl ketone, followed by reaction with primary amines. Their conformations were investigated spectroscopically. Some of the compounds were methylated to 3-aminothiocrotonic imidates (13).

Eine Anzahl neuer 3-Aminothiocrotonsäure-amide (3-5, 6) wurde durch Addition von Isothiocyanaten an sekundäre Enamine bzw. an Benzylmethylketon, gefolgt von Umsetzung mit primären Aminen, hergestellt und auf ihre Konformation hin spektroskopisch untersucht. - Methylierung eines Teils der Verbindungen ergab 3-Aminothiocrotonimidsäureester (13).
