Tautomerism of Heterocyclic Compounds, VI: Synthesis and Reactions of Bifunctional ChloroformamidinesThe trisubstituted, bifunctional ureas 1a, b are converted into the bifunctional chloroformamidines 2a, b by using triphenylphosphine/carbon tetrachloride as chlorinating agent. They react with potassium isothiocyanate, lithium phenylacetylide, phenylcyanamide, and N-cyanamidines to form the anellated heterocyclic compounds 3-6,8,9,11,12, and 14a,b.

Die trisubstituierten, bifunktionellen Harnstoffe 1a,b werden mit Hilfe des Chlorierungsreagenzes Triphenylphosphin/Tetrachlorkohlenstoff in bifunktionelle Chlorformamidine 2a,b übergeführt. Ihre Umsetzung mit Kaliumrhodanid, Lithium-phenylacetylid, Phenylcyanamid und N-Cyan-amidinen liefert die anellierten Heterocyclen 3-6, 8, 9, 11, 12 und 14a,b.
