Synthesis of 1,3,3-Trichloro-5-trifluoromethyl-1λ4,2,4,6,3λ5-thiatriazaphosphorine 1-Oxide, a Six-membered S,N,P,C-Ring SystemCF3CCl2N = PCl3 reacts with SO2(NH2)2 in a molar ratio 1:1 by ring formation to give the thiatriazaphosphorine 1 containing an endocyclic NH-function. The reaction of 1 with PCl5 yields the title compound 3. Analogously 5 is obtained via 4 starting from CCl3CCl2N = PCl3 and SO2(NH2)2. The compounds 6 and 7 are formed from 3 and 5 with AgF2 and SbF3/AlCl3, respectively. - The IR, mass, 1H, 19F, and 31P NMR spectra of the compounds are reported.

CF3CCl2N = PCl3 reagiert mit SO2(NH2)2 im Molverhältnis 1:1 unter Ringschluß zum Thiatriazaphosphorin 1 mit einer endocyclischen NH-Funktion. Aus 1 und PCl5 wird die Titelverbindung 3 gewonnen. Analog wird 5 über 4 erhalten, ausgehend von CCl3CCl2N = PCl3 und SO2(NH2)2. Aus 3 und 5 und AgF2 bzw. SbF3/AlCl3 sind die am Schwefel teilfluorierten Verbindungen 6 und 7 zugänglich. - Die IR-, Massen-, 1H-, 19F- und 31P-NMR-Spektren der Verbindungen werden mitgeteilt.
