Synthesis and Hydrolysis of 1,3,3-Trifluoro-5-trifluoromethyl-1λ4,2,4,6,3λ5-thiatriazaphosphorine 1-Oxide, a Perfluorinated S,N,P,C-Ring SystemCatalysed by AlCl3 1(1,2) is fluorinated by SbF3 to form the title compound 2. Either from 2 and H2O in a molar ratio 1:1 or from 1, [HN(CH3)3]F, and H2O in a molar ratio 1:2:1 3 is obtained, probably representing an acyclic structure. - The IR, mass, 1H, 19F, and 31P NMR spectra are discussed.

Verbindung 1(1,2) läßt sich unter katalytischer Wirkung von AlCl3 zur Titelverbindung 2 fluorieren. Aus 2 und H2O im Molverhältnis 1:1 bzw. aus 1, [HN(CH3)3]F und H2O im Molverhältnis 1:2:1 wird das Hydrolyseprodukt 3 erhalten, das wahrscheinlich eine acyclische Struktur aufweist. - Die IR-, Massen-, 1H-, 19F- und 31P-NMR-Spektren der Verbindungen werden diskutiert.
