Reactions of Amino- and Halo-1,2,3-triazinesProtonation of 1,2,3-triazines takes place primarily at N-2, only the tetrafluoroborate of 5-chloro-4,6-bis(dimethylamino)triazine being, however, isolable. Tris(diisopropylamino)-1,2,3-triazine reacts with HBF4 to give 5-diisopropylamino-4-[(diisopropylamino)methylene]-3-isopropyl-2,2-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2 H-imidazolium tertrafluoroborate (15).  -  Triazines and methyl iodide form 2-methyl-1,2,3-triazinium iodides; 5-chloro-4,6-bis(dimethylamino)-2-methyltriazinium iodide reacts with malononitrile to yield 4,6-bis(dimethylamino)-2-methyl-1,2,3-triazine-Δ5(2H),α-malononitrile (22). - Quaternary salts of 5-(dialkylamino)-1,2,3-triazines with methyl chloroformate and picryl chloride are hydrolyzed to methyl 4,6-bis(dialkylamino)-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1,2,3-triazine-2-carboxylate 27b and 4,6-bis (dialkylamino)-2-picryl-1,2,3-triazin-5(2H)-one (28).  -  From 5-(dialkylamino)-1,2,3-triazines and chlorobis(dialkylamino)cyclopropenylium perchlorates dication salts 24 are obtained, which are hydrolyzed to (5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1,2,3-triazin-2-yl)-cycloperopenylium perchorates 25.
    Notes: Die Protonierung von 1,2,3-Triazinen erfolgt primär in 2-Position, jedoch ist nur beim 5-Chlor-4,6-bis(dimethylamino)-1,2,3-triazin das entsprechende Tetrafluoroborat isolierbar. Tris(diisopropylamino)-1,2,3-triazin reagiert mit HBF4 zum 5-Diisopropylamino-4-[(diisopropylamino)-methylen]-3-isopropyl-2,2-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-imidazolium-terafluoroborat (15).  -  Mit Methyliodid erhält man aus den Triazinen 2-Methyl-1,2,3-triazinium-iodide; das 5-Chlor-4,6-bis(dimethylamino)-2-methyltriazinium-iodid setzt sich mit Malononitril zu-4,6-Bis(dimethylamino)-2-methyl-1,2,3-triazin-Δ5(2H),α-malononitril (22) um.  -  Die aus 5-(Dialkylamino)-1,2,3-triazinen mit Chlorameisensäure-methylester und Picrylchlorid erhaltenen Triaziniumsalze lassen sich zu 4,6-Bis (dialkylamino)-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1,2,3-triazin-2-carbonsäure-methylester 27b bzw. 4,6-Bis (dialkylamino)-2-picryl-1,2,3-triazin-5(2H)-on (28) hydrolysieren.  -  Aus 5-Dialkylamino-1,2,3-triazinen und Chlorbis(dialkylamino)cyclopropenylium-perchoraten entstehen Dikationsalze 24, deren Hydrolyse (5-Oxo-2,5-dihydro-1,2,3-triazin-2-yl)cyclopropenylium-perchlorate 25 ergibt.
