Synthesis and Properties of (Phthalocyaninato)germanium Sulfur CompoundsPcGe(OH)2 (7) reacts with thiophenol and 4-methylthiophenol to form the (phthalocyaninato)germanium sulfur compounds PcGe(SR)2 (5a and b). A product with the composition [PcGeS]n (2) was obtained in two ways: By the reaction of 7 with H2S under pressure and through the reaction of 7 with triphenylsilanethiol (9). In comparison with [PcGeO]n (1b) polycrystalline samples of 2 do not show a pronounced increase of electrical conductivity.

PcGe(OH)2 (7) reagiert mit Thiophenol und 4-Methylthiophenol zu den (Phthalocyaninato)germanium-Schwefel-Verbindungen PcGe(SR)2 (5a und b). Ein Produkt der Zusammensetzung [PcGeS]n (2) konnte auf zwei Wegen erhalten werden: sowohl durch Reaktion von 7 mit H2S unter Druck, als auch bei der Umsetzung von 7 mit Triphenylsilanthiol (9). Gegenüber [PcGeO]n (1b) zeigen polykristalline Proben von 2 keine merkliche Steigerung der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit.
