Notes: An Hand einer statischen Versuchsmethodik wurde die jedem Selbstzerfall des Acetylens vorausgehende Polymerisation untersucht, die Polymerisationsgeschwindigkeit bei verschiedenen Temperaturen bestimmt und der Einfluss von Katalysatoren studiert. In Glasgefässen verläuft die Polymerisation unter charakteristischem Druckabfall in homogener Phase und ist wahrscheinlich bimolekular.
