Notes:
The nonrigid molecule symmetry group for methylamine is determined as a set of permutations and permutation inversions for two situations. In the first case the internal rotations of the methyl group and NH2 group are included and the second case the transition of a hydrogen atom from the methyl group to NH2 group is also included. In both cases the energy level splitting of the rigid model of the methylamine is found, nuclear statistical weights of the split levels are calculated, and sections rules for the allowed dipole transitions are given.
