Notes: Ausgehend von rac- und ent-3-Methoxy-2,5(10)-östradien-17-on (1a, 1b) wird die Darstellung der racemischen und enantiomeren Verbindungen des 17β-Hydroxy-17α-äthinyl-4-östren-3-on (2b, 2c) und des 17β-Acetoxy-17α-äthinyl-4-östren-3-on (3b, 3c) beschrieben. Reduktion der 3-Keto-Gruppe von 3b und 3c ergibt rac- bzw. ent-17β-Acetoxy-17α-äthinyl-4-östren-3β-ol (6b, 6c), deren Acetylierung rac- bzw. ent-3β, 17β-Diacetoxy-17α-äthinyl-4-östren (7b, 7c) liefert.
