NaInS2 and the hitherto unknown, bright red NaInSe2 are, like NaInO2, isotype with α-NaFeO2. The constants of the hexagonal unit cell are a = 3.80 Å c = 19.8, Å (NaInS2) resp. a = 3.97 Å c = 20.8, Å (NaInSe2). The occurence of this type of structure in the case of these two compounds is briefly discussed.

NaInS2 und das bislang unbekannte leuchtend rote NaInSe2 sind wie NaInO2 dem α-NaFeO2 isotyp. Die Abmessungen der hexagonalen Elementarzelle (Z = 3) sind a = 3,80 Å; c = 19,89 Å (NaInS2) bzw. a = 3,97 Å; c = 20,89 Å (NaInSe2). Das Auftreten des α-NaFeO2-Typs bei beiden Verbindungen wird kurz diskutiert.
