    Description / Table of Contents: Several methods for the preparation of the hexafluoroarsenates [SCl3] [AsF6], [SeCl3][AsF6], and [TCeCl3][AsF6] are given. The best one is the chlorination of S, Se or Te in AsCl3/AsF3. The reaction mechanism is characterized by the intermediate formation of [AsCl4][AsF6].The three compounds are described. The sulphur compound had been formerly supposed by Ruff to be SCl4 · 2 AsF3.
    Notes: Es werden verschiedene Darstellungsmethoden für die Hexafluoroarsenate [SCl3]-[AsF6], [SeCl3][AsF6] und [TeCl3][AsF6] angegeben. Das bequemste Verfahren beruht auf einer Chlorierung der entsprechenden Chalkogene in AsCl3 bei Gegenwart von AsF3. Die Verbindungen werden vergleichend betrachtet. Dem Bildungsmechanismus aller drei Substanzen ist gemeinsam, daß [AsCl4][AsF6] als Zwischenprodukt auftritt. Die Schwefelverbindung hatte bereits RUFF in unreiner Form in Händen, er formulierte sie als SCl4 · 2 AsF3.
