    Description / Table of Contents: The IR and RAMAN intensities of the SiH stretching vibration of the compounds X · C6H4(CH3)2SiH (X = H, p-F, p-Cl, p-Br, p-CH3, p-CH3O: m-Cl, m-Br, m-CH3) and several other monohydrogensilanes are reported.The influence of the substituents and of the solvents tetrachloromethane, hexamethyldisiloxane and n-hexane on the frequence, intensity and halfband width of the SiH stretching vibration is theoretically discussed in view of the chemical bond.
    Notes: Für die Verbindungen X · C6H4(CH3)2SiH (X = H, p-F, p-Cl, p-Br, p-CH3, p-CH3, O; m-Cl, m-Br, m-CH3) und einige andere Monohydrogensilane werden die Infrarot- und Raman-Intensitäten der SiH-Valenzschwingung angegeben.Der Einfluß der Substituenten und der Lösungsmittel Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Hexamethyldisiloxan und n-Hexan auf Frequenz, Intensität und Halbwertsbreite der νSiH wird bindungstheoretisch kurz diskutiert.
