Complexes MeX2Y2, Me2X4Y2, Me3X6Y2 and Me4X8Y2 (Me = Zn, Cd, Hg; X = Hal; Y = Pyridine N-oxide and alkylsubstituted derivatives) are described. The structure is discussed, mainly on the basis of infrared spectra. The efficiency of extraction of some alkyl-substituted pyridine N-oxides is investigated.

Komplexe der Typen MeX2Y2, Me2X4Y2, Me3X6Y2 und Me4X8Y2 (Me = Zn, Cd, Hg; X = Hal; Y = Pyridin-N-oxid und alkylsubstituierte Derivate) werden beschrieben. Ihre Struktur wird, vor allem an Hand der Infrarotspektren, diskutiert. Das Extraktionsvermögen einiger alkylsubstituierter Pyridin-N-oxide wird untersucht.
