Description / Table of Contents: Chlorofunctional diphosphatriazines may be converted in high yields to their alkoxy and aroxy derivatives if proton transfer is thoroughly avoided, otherwise the heterocyclus is split by alkoholysis. 1H- and 31P - NMR shifts and coupling constants of the di-, tri-and tetraalkoxy-diphosphatriazines obtained are discussed and prove their structure.
