    Description / Table of Contents: The incomplete solvolysis of the alkaline earth pernitrides M3N4 (M = Ba, Sr, Ca) with water, anhydrous acetic acid or absolute hydrazine yields substances which may be regarded as alkaline earth-nitrogen complexes. This is proved by quantitative analyses of the solvolyzed pernitrides and especially by results of IR-spectroscopical investigations. From the absorption of the N≡N-valence vibration, state and length of the N≡N bonding in the coordinated N2 molecule of the different N2 complexes were calculated approximately.
    Notes: Bei der unvollständigen solvolytischen Zersetzung der Erdalkalipernitride Me3N4 (Me = Ba, Sr, Ca) mit Wasser, wasserfreier Essigsäure oder absolutem Hydrazin entstehen Substanzen, die als Erdalkali-Stickstoff-Komplexe aufzufassen sind. Hierfür sprechen neben der quantitativen Analyse der Solvolyseprodukte vor allem die Ergebnisse der IR-spektroskopischen Untersuchungen. Aus der Absorption der N ≡ N-Valenzschwingung wurden Bindungsgrad und Bindungslänge der N≡N-Bindung in der koordinierten N2-Molekel bei den verschiedenen N2-Komplexen näherungsweise bestimmt.
