Formation of Organosilicon Compounds. 82. Phosphorylated CarbosilanesIn reactions of (Cl2Si—CH2)3 with LiPme2 (me = CH3) or me3Si—Pme2, resp., in a molar ratio of 1:1 preferrably compound 1 (70°) besides some 2 is formed, whereas reactions with a ratio of 1:2 yield mixtures of 1, 2 and 3. [(me2P)2Si—CH2]3 4 is accessible by reacting (CI2Si—CH2)3 with 6 moles of LiPme2. Phosphorylations yielding a single product can bc achieved either by limiting the number of functional groups of the 1,3,5-Trisilacyclohexane or by using the bulky (me3Si)2P-group. So, l-Bromo-1,3,5-trisilacyclohexane with 1 mole of LiPme2 or me3Si— Pme2 only yields 5, e.g., (BrSiH—(CH2)3) in analogous reaction yields [(me2P)Sime—CH2]3 7. The reaction of (CI2Si—CH2)3 with LiP(Sime2)2 in a molar ratio of 1:1 leads to 8, and in a ratio of 1:3 to [(me2Si)2PSiCl—CH2]3 9.
Notes:
