    Description / Table of Contents: Perfluoroalkyl Tellurium Compounds :Investigations on the Preparation of Bis(trifluoro-inethyl) tellurium (CF3)2TeSome investigations on the preparation of (CF3)2Te are described. The compound is prepared in a good yield and large amount from the reaction of TeCl4 and (CF3)2Hg at high temperature in inert gas atmosphere. From the reaction also the new Te-compounds CF3TeCF2Cl and (CF2Cl)2Te are formed. The compounds can be isolated by low temperature destillation. The properties of the new compounds, their 19F, 13C and 125Te n.m.r. spectra, the vibrational and mass spectra are described. During the low temperature fluorination reaction of (CH3)2Te no attack at the CH3 group is observed; the main product from this reaction is (CH3)2TeF2.
    Notes: Es werden verschiedene Untersuchungen zur präparativen Darstellung von (CF3)2Te beschrieben. In guten Ausbeuten und großen Mengen kann (CF3)2Te aus der Reaktion von TeCl4 mit (CF3)2Hg bei höherer Temperatur in Inertgasatmosphäre erhalten werden. Dabei entstehen als weitere Te-haltige Verbindungen CF3TeCF2Cl und (CF2Cl)2Te. Eine Trennung gelingt durch Tieftemperaturdestillation. Die Eigenschaften der neuen Verbindungen, ihre 19F-, 13C- und 125Te - NMR-Spektren, Schwingungs- und Massenspektren werden beschrieben. Bei der Tieftemperaturfluorierung von (CH3)2Te wird kein Angriff an der CH3-Gruppe beobachtet; als Hauptprodukt entsteht (CH3)2TeF2.
