Vapour Pressure Investigations in the System Cd—Ge—PEquilibrium pressures were determined with a Bourdon-Manometer on the compounds CdGeP2, CdP2, Cd3P2, CdP4, and GeP. Corresponding to the decomposition of the compounds the free reaction energies were calculated from the kp data. Considering Cp-T functions it was possible to determine standard data of the heat for formation and the entropy. As a result of our investigations considerations of stability were carried out in the system Cd—Ge—P.

Mittels Bourdon-Manometer wurden Gleichgewichtsdrücke an CdGeP2, CdP2, Cd3P2, CdP4 und GeP bestimmt. Entsprechend der Dissoziation der Verbindungen wurden aus den Kp-Werten die freien Reaktionsenthalpien berechnet, und unter Berücksichtigung der Cp-T-Funktion konnten die Standardwerte für die Bildungsenthalpie und Entropie ermittelt werden. Im Ergebnis der Untersuchungen erfolgten Stabilitätsbetrachtungen im System Cd—Ge—P.
