    Description / Table of Contents: Starting from milled spruce sulphite pulp, microcrystalline cellulose, and bead cellulose as well as carboxymethyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl cellulose different cellulose phosphates have been prepared and investigated by 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Phosphate groups were introduced into the cellulose material by dry heating with a mixture of orthophosphoric acid and urea. With all samples obtained by this procedure a preferential substitution in the C-6-position was observed.
    Notes: Auf Basis von gemahlenem Fichtensulfitzellstoff, mikrokristalliner Cellulose und Perlcellulose sowie Carboxymethyl und Hydroxyethylcellulose wurden unterschiedliche Cellulosephosphate hergestellt und mittels 13C-NMR-Spektroskopie untersucht. Die Phosphatgruppen wurden in das Cellulosematerial durch trockene Erwärmung mit einer Mischung von Phosphorsäure und Harnstoff eingeführt. Bei allen nach diesem Verfahren erhaltenen Proben wurde eine bevorzugte Substitution der C-6-Stellung gefunden.
