Je ein ataktisches und ein isotaktisches Polymethylmethacrylat wurde durch Lichtstreuungsmessungen bei 25°C in Aceton/Chloroform-Mischungen untersucht. Mit zunehmendem Gehalt der Mischungen an Chloroform gehen die reziproken scheinbaren Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichtes (bei c → 0) durch ein Minimum und die Vorzugssolvatation durch ein Maximum. Der zweite Virialkoeffizient ist keine monotone Funktion des Chloroformgehaltes.

An atactic and an isotactic polymethylmethacrylate have been investigated by light scattering measurements at 25°C in acetone/chloroform mixtures. The reciprocal apparent weight average molecular weight (at c → 0) passes through a minimum, the coefficient of preferential adsorption through a maximum with increasing chloroform content of the mixtures. The second virial coefficient is no monotoneous function of the chloroform content.
