Zunsammenfassung Ce-Gehalte 〉 0,0005% im Gußeisen und in Stählen der verschiedenartigsten Zusammensetzung werden mit einer Standardabweichung (1 s) von ± 3% relativ (für 0,005 % Ce) bestimmt. Ce wird dabei in Gegenwart von Th als Spurenfänger unter speziellen Bedingungen zweimal als Oxalat gefällt und unter Verwendung voltametrischer Indikation mit 0,0005 n FeII-Lösung titriert.
Notes:
Summary Ce contents of 0.0005% and above in cast iron and steels of different compositions are determined with a standard deviation (1 s) of ± 3% rel. (for Ce contents of 0.005%). Cerium is precipitated twice as oxalate, under special conditions, in the presence of thorium as collecting agent and titrated with a 0.0005 N FeII-solution using voltammetric indication.
