Zusammenfassung Die Trennung und Identifizierung von antimikrobiellen Verbindungen auf dünnschichtchromatographischem Wege wird beschrieben. Die Trennung erfolgt auf Kieselgel 60 F254. Dazu sind zwei Laufmittelsysteme erforderlich: Toluol/Aceton (4∶1, v/v) und Essigsäureethylester/Methanol/Ammoniak-10 %ig (65∶30∶5, v/v). Zur Identifizierung werden mehrere Sprühreagentien herangezogen. Anhand der unterschiedlichen Anfärbung sowie der hRf-Werte lassen sich diese Verbindungen rasch und einfach identifizieren.

Summary The separation and identification of antimicrobial substances by means of thin-layer chromatography are described. For separation, silica gel 60 F254 and two solvent systems, toluene/acetone (4∶1, v/v) and ethyl acetate/methanol/ammonia water-10% (65∶30∶5, v/v) are used. Identification is performed by colour reactions with the aid of several spray reagents. The different colour reactions and hRf values permit a rapid and easy identification of these substances.
