Summary We report a rare case of ectasia of both pericallosal arteries in a non-hypertensive 37-yearold female, whose internal carotid arteries and vertebrobasilar arteries were normal. The computed tomography (CT) showed irregular calcifications in the midline in the frontal region extending to the corpus callosum, which became partially enhanced along the course of the pericallosal artery following intravenous contrast administration. The diagnosis of arterial ectasia was established by angiography.
