Summary Lymphocyte phosphoglucomutase can be used as a genetic marker to document successful engraftment in bone marrow transplant recipients. Two patients who underwent marrow transplantation as a treatment for acute leukemia showed a change into donor-type isozyme pattern.

Zusammenfassung Phosphoglukomutase aus Lymphozyten kann als genetischer Marker in der Knochenmarktransplantation verwendet werden. Nach Knochenmarktransplantation von zwei Patienten mit akuter Leukose konnte der Übergang in das Iso-Enzymmuster des Spenders beobachtet werden.
