Zusammenfassung Mit der Wismutoxinatmethode wurde in der Leber und der Niere von Mäusen eine Esteraseaktivität in den Mitochondrien dargestellt. Sie findet sich nur in einem Teil der vorhandenen Mitochondrien und zwar in der Matrix, während die Cristae reaktionslos bleiben.
Notes:
Summary Using the bismuth oxinate method an esterase activity within mitochondria of mouse liver and kidney is demonstrated. This enzyme is detected exclusively in the matrix of a small number of the mitochondria present whereas the cristae are lacking in enzyme activity.
