Zusammenfassung Aufgrund eigener experimenteller Erfahrungen werden die verschiedenen Methoden der Gewebspräparation für cytophotometrische Zwecke beschrieben. Ausgehend von verschiedenen Fragestellungen wird das Problem der DNS-Messungen an Zellkernen, die Messungen an homogenen Objekten und die Frage der Messungen an cytoplasmatischen Substanzen in Gewebsschnitten behandelt. Es wird eine Quetschtechnik zur Präparation ganzer Zellen speziell für das ZNS beschrieben.

Summary Based on experimental results the author describes various methods for the preparation of tissue for cytophotometric investigations. The problem of DNA-measuring in cell nuclei, the measuring of homogeneous objects, and the measuring of cytoplasmic substances in tissue sections are investigated under various aspects. A special squashing technique for the preparation of complete cells from the central nervous system is described.
