Zusammenfassung Aufgrund röntgenkinematographischer Funktionsanalysen des Dünndarm-Ersatzmagens läßt sich nachweisen, daß die interponierte Jejunalschlinge magenähnliche motorische Partialfunktionen aufgrund ihres strukturellen Wandaufbaus und der operativ bedingten Blockierung der Peristaltik zugunsten zirkulärer und segmentärer Kontraktionen übernehmen kann. Eine Verbesserung der Reservoirfunktion kann durch einfache, funktionell ausgerichtete Operationen erzielt werden.

Summary On the basis of radiocinematographic functional analyses of the small intestine substitute stomach it can be proved that the interposed jejunal loop can assume partial stomach-like motor functions on account of its structural wall composition and on account of the surgically caused blocking of peristalsis for the benefit of circular and segmental contractions. Improvement of the reservoir function can be obtained by simple operations which aim at function.
