Zusammenfassung Die Therapie des Ganglions wird an Literaturbeispielen dokumentiert. Sie erstreckt sich von 0–100 %. An Fallbeispielen wird demonstriert, daB für die Therapie - die sorgfältige Exstirpation - die verschiedenartige Athiopathogenese mitzuberücksichtigen ist.

Summary The therapy of ganglia is documented with examples from the literature, which shows a recurrence rate of 0–100 %. In the examples it is demonstrated that for the therapy, especially careful extirpation, different pathogeneses must also be taken into consideration.
