Notes: Zusammenfassung Der aus Ommin A durch Säurehydrolyse entstandene rote Farbstoff wird durch Oxydation und Hydrolyse bei pH 8 in 3-Hydroxy-kynurenin und das Chinon C11H4N2O5S gespalten. Die Hydrolyse ist durch Kondensation der Spaltprodukte umkehrbar. Das Chinon wurde als Phenazin und Hydrochinon-polyacetat charakterisiert.
