Notes: A multiple glomus tumor was studied by electron microscopy. Glomus cells showed characteristics of modified smooth-muscle cells such as intracytoplasmic myofibrils, pinocytotic vesicles, smooth-muscle dense and attachment bodies, which were surrounded by basal lamina, additionally, an abortive solitary cilium was found in a glomus cell.
