Zusammenfassung Valleriite mit Selenspuren sind bekannt, aber die Position des Se in der Valleriit-Struktur bedarf noch der Klärung. Dies ist die Fragestellung der folgenden Arbeit. Die komplette Mischkristallreihe Valleriit-Selen-Valleriit wurde untersucht, und zwar sowohl mit Kupferkies als auch mit Cubanitschichten; die Synthese ließ sich unter hydrothermalen Bedingungen bei 450°C und 1 kb Druck in kollabierenden Goldkapseln verwirklichen.

Summary Selenium traces in valleriite are known, but their actual position in the structure remains to be clarified. This has been attempted in this study, the complete valleriite-selenium valleriite solid solution series (with chalcopyrite and cubanite layers) were sythesized under hydrothermal conditions at 450°C and 1 kb pressure in collapsible gold tubes.
