Describes astrategy of achieving software quality by using the software-technicaldimension and the organizational dimension. To take both dimensions intoaccount, DQM suggests three dimensional links - qualityprinciples, action programmes and measurement schemata. Demonstratesthese ideas using a case study of a Swiss bank, and presents selectedfindings of the study.
