Sommario Questo lavoro mette in risalto il ruolo fondamentale della RMN nella diagnosi delle complicanze neurologiche della malattia di Behcet. Gli autori presentano quattro casi clinici esaminati tra il 1990 e il 1991. In tutti i casi la terapia sembra aver migliorato la prognosi dei pazienti.

Abstract This paper highlights the fundamental role of MRI in the diagnosis of Neuro-Behçet disease. We present 4 cases examined between 1990 and 1991. Treatment in all the cases seems to have improved the patients' prognoses.
