Zusammenfassung Es bestehen 3 posttraumatische Cervicale Syndrome: ein lokales Syndrom (Genickschmerzen) bei 91 %, ein cervico-encephales Syndrom mit Kopfschmerzen (82,5 %), Schwindelanfälle (80%), Drop-attacks (44%), Sehstörungen (44%), Ohrenbrummen (40%): ein cervico-brachiales Syndrom (57,5 %). Als Behandlung wurden reine interkorporelle Fusionen (26 Fälle), mit anterolateralem Eingriff — kombinierte interkorporelle Fusionen (15 Fälle) und anterolaterale Eingriffe (Transversektomien, Uncusektomien und Uncoforamin ektomien) in 39 Fällen benutzt. Die Ergebnisse sind zufriedenstellend mit 83,5 % Erfolg.

Summary Three post-traumatic cervical syndromes are studied: the local syndrome (neck pain), present in 91 %; the cervicocephalic syndrome with headache (82.5 %), vertigo (80 %), dropattacks (44%), visual troubles (44%), and tinnitus (40%0); and the cervicobrachial syndrome (57.5 %). Surgical management consists of: intercorporeal fusion (26 cases); intercorporeal fusion combined with anterolateral approaches (15 cases); and the anterolateral approach without fusion (transversectomies, uncusectomies, uncoforaminectomies) in 39 cases. The results are satisfactory, with a success rate of 83.5 %.
