Zusammenfassung Zur Erfassung sensibler embryonaler Entwicklungsphasen wurde graviden „Göttinger Miniaturschweinen“ 6-Amino-nicotinsäureamid intraperitoneal gespritzt. Am 10. und 16. Tag der Gestation führte die Behandlung mit 5 und 10 mg/kg Körpergewicht zu multiplen Fehlbildungen. Am 23. Tag der Gestation verursachte die Behandlung keine Fehlentwicklungen.

Summary For the comprehension of sensible embryonal phases of development pregnant “Göttinger Miniaturschweine” were treated with intraperitoneal injection of 6-aminonicotinic acid amide with doses of 1, 5, 10 mg/kg body weight respectively. The sows were killed 1 week before the calculated birthtermin, the uteri were examined for resorption-marks and the fetuses explored for malformations. The treatment in the 10th day and 16th day of gestation with 5 and 10 mg/kg body weight caused multiple malformations. The malformation spectrum depended on the date of application. The treatment on the 23rd day of gestation caused no malformations.
