Beschreibung / Inhaltsverzeichnis:
Notizen:
Summary In two cases of Lesch-Nyhan syndrome with complete and partial deficiency of hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyl transferase activity, the presence of enzyme protein could be demonstrated using a specific antiserum against hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyl transferase from normal erythrocyte. Therefore, the defect in this disease seems to be based on the synthesis of an inactive but in the double-diffusion-technique immunologically normal enzyme protein.
